Tunisia museum shooting: Tourists killed by gunmen.

18 March 2015 Last updated at 15:40 GMT
Nineteen people, including 17 foreign tourists have been killed after gunmen targeted a museum in the Tunisian capital, according to the country's prime minister.
Italian, Spanish and German citizens were among those killed, PM Habib Essid said.
Two attackers and a police officer were killed in the subsequent security operation, officials said.
Tourism is a key sector of Tunisia's economy, with large numbers of Europeans visiting the country's resorts.
In 2002, 19 people, including 11 German tourists, were killed in a bomb blast at a synagogue in the resort of Djerba. Al-Qaeda said it had carried out that attack.
Concerns about security in Tunisia have increased in recent months as neighbouring Libya has become increasingly unstable.
A large number of Tunisians have also left to fight in Syria and Iraq, triggering worries that returning militants could carry out attacks at home.

The importance of having a good corporate image and reputation

     By syekeye mathayo m
If you want to become successful in running your business organization, you have to make sure that you take good care of your image and reputation through effective corporate branding. Bear in mind that even the most formidable business establishments can be brought down after facing a controversy. And this is considered to be extremely damaging as it has been proven that redeeming an organization's image is more difficult and costly than losing a good sales deal. If your reputation, as a business owner, is already ruined, then you will have a hard time fixing the damage that this will cause to your entire organization. Here are a few reasons why a good corporate reputation, image and branding is extremely important for your business.
The importance of having a good corporate image and reputation.

Corporate branding is an effective promotional and marketing tool. If you serve your customers excellently, then expect them to always remember you. You will receive good feedback and this will help you generate more customers. Majority of the public will start spending their hard earned money on your products and services, but that will only happen if you are good enough at performing what you have promised to your previous customers. Another great thing about having a good corporate image is that you will no longer need to spend a significant amount of time trying to convince your potential customers to try out what you offer. Your previous customers who are greatly satisfied with your service will become your unofficial spokespersons. This will transform your business into one of the most trusted and respectable organizations in the industry.
A good corporate branding strategy put into action will reflect your credibility and integrity. Since your reputation is also your identity, you have to make sure that you brand your organization in the most credible way. Bear in mind that if your organization does not have credibility and integrity, then a lot of people will have a hard time believing you. It will also be extremely difficult for you to prove your integrity if the public hears your previous clients talking negatively about the services of your company. Because of this, you need to be very careful in performing all of your actions.
A good corporate brand establishes confidence, loyalty, trust and stronger customer relationship. When establishing an untainted corporate image, it is not enough for you to avoid scandals and controversies. It is also important for you to make sure that you meet the expectations of your clients. In order for you to effectively brand your organization and build an even better image, you need to constantly observe excellence and perfection. This will allow your clients to feel a stronger sense of security. It will also be easier for you to build an even stronger relationship with them. You can even expect them to recommend your business to the people that they know, thereby allowing you to expand your market.
These are just few of the many things that an effective corporate branding can do for your business. Considering all of these, it is just right for you to start looking for a way to effectively brand your organization and establish a good reputation in your industry.

FOCUS ON BRILLIANT MIND

Great Minds Discuss Ideas; Average Minds Discuss Events; Small Minds Discuss People.
I read this quotation somewhere and interpreted like one should discuss about how much effort Roger Federer puts for his excellence rather than just keep praising him and follow him like blind fan.
What can we say about people? For most of them, we can't say much, or at least, the only things we can talk about is what we directly see; we deduce who people are from their appearance, how they behave, their reactions, the way they act or dress. Talking about that is easy; it's visible and evident to everyone. And obviously, it only works to a certain extent and we all know that we can't fully understand? We only interact with a small chunk of people's lives, the only big picture we have is ours. Moreover, not only those discussions are only subjective and meaningless, they're also useless, because you won't change anything or anyone, and you are not doing anything either. It doesn't matter how great we are inside, it's what we do that matters.
Then, the next logical step seems to be discussing events. The direct consequence of people, what they do; events are facts, bound in time, news you see on TV. And unlike with people, we can approach this idea of having complete picture, to know everything and, thus, to leave us without this bias of ignorance. And yet, events happen, we still can't change anything about it, no matter how much we talk about them, they're already the past.
Finally all this quote tries to say is that ideas > events > people. However, it's simplified and imperfect. The mere act of discussing people/ideas/events won't transform your mind. In fact, belittling people or events for ideas is ridiculous too. We can't disregard them, because they are a part of the equation as much as ideas. It's a whole.

People take actions, events, which convey ideas. And those ideas will affect the rest of the world; it's a loop. They all rely on each other. So finally, just take this quote as a friendly reminder that your thoughts staying at people or events won't make you go too far; that's the idea behind the quote, maybe said awkwardly but rightfully, stop seeing the plain and self-evident, dig deeper and seek what underlies what you see but might not be stated: the ideas, because they are infinite.
