The constructive theory
of communication says that “communication is a social
process of interaction and/or interpretation that gives sense and meaning to
social reality, organizational actions, events and organizational roles and
processes” (Mazzei, 2010). The theory points out that each member of a
company can “enact processes to negotiate meanings and make the organization
operate” (Mazzei, 2010). Therefore, it suggests that the responsibility of
the effective communication is not monopolised only by managers but by all
members of the organization.By Kimena Nuhu
