Rural Markets and Service Delivery




Rural Marketing is defined as any marketing activity in which the one dominant participant is from a rural area. This implies that rural marketing consists of marketing of inputs (products or services) to the rural as well as marketing of outputs from the rural markets to other geographical areas.

Rural markets develops slowly in most of African countries like Tanzania due to; poor network connectivity to urban areas, poor strategies to deliver products from corporate organizations, poor marketing strategies, poor communication networks, low government support in these areas and low living standard of rural people.

There are some problems and challenges which hinder enough service delivery from corporate organizations to rural markets. Some of these are; poor transportation system, poor government support, poor marketing strategies, inability of getting loans, low number of  customers in rural areas and low or no profit at all.

Hence, corporate organizations and policy makers should develop comprehensive strategies to insure enough services in rural areas.

The uses vegetables were becoming important to the human body since the ancient life. It is because is a source of balance diet and also lead to improve the health of human being, not only that but also it helps to fight against diseases which may affect the human body. The Syekeye Vegetable Supply Company have employed scientists, botanists from Tanzania to make a research concern to the importance of using vegetable as explain above, so the research which was conducted by the botanist and scientist state that   some people became dwarf in term of their body due to lack of using vegetable, therefore they create the big difference compare to the people who use vegetable every day.

The vegetable is very important to all people because, it   improve the human health without regarding age, gender, status.  The vegetable within our country is obtained with low price so everyone can able to purchase. According to the research of Western part of Tanzania conducted by the Department of Health in 2012 state that people are required to use vegetable every day, because it helps body to fight against different disease such as shortage of blood, blood pressure.
The people who use vegetable frequently especial from our company, they can’t get diseases which caused by the lack of using vegetable such as shortage of blood, also shortage of vitamin. So the consumption of vegetable they able to fight against disease, compare to those who fail to use vegetable may suffer with a disease. Therefore it is better for people to use vegetable so as to increase nutrient in the body.
According to the research which had conducted by the scientists and the botanists, they try to encourage all people to use vegetable at least every day. This will enable people to live in peace without facing with the diseases which may be caused by the deficiency of vegetable in the human body .So people must use vegetable every day for the good health as part of his/her meal, failure to d o so the disease will affect their life and hence lead poor performance in their activities.
