Strategic management it’s must contain changes
simply because survival of management is for those who can adopt changes. The
only things that it always constant that it never changes is change itself. We
have to expect change hence change is imperative. The management of change is
when we choose to transform ourselves from one point to another, from less
effective to the effective stand point. Also we must have a desire to change
and when we have a desire to change we must have also a strategic vision of change.
Change must be for the future thus it must be for the betterment of all and
change is that which makes us go forward.
