SUBJECT: THE INFORMATION TO THE EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE TO RENEW THEIR   CONTRACT.

All employees whose names are noted on the company’s notes board are officially informed that they have to come with four passport size pictures during the assessment which will take place on 23^th march 2015 from 10:00-05:00PM.your are the fore requested to visit the notes board and the company’s site to confirm. Any irregularities that might be noted on incorrect names or any anther claim should be reported to the Human Resource Office note later than 25^thmarch 2015 for amendment.

Kindly note that there will be no further claims which were not reported on said deadline which will be received.
