Clients want to work with a research team that knows its business and can take the data and findings and apply it to recommendations to improve business.
·         Supplier that have high advantage to make business tick.
·         Supplier that meet the customers demand (in terms of needs and wants) and understand customers better.
·         Supplier that will develop deeper customer relationships.
